Mahanoy City Woman Wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives


Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locating a Mahanoy City woman.

Kaitlyn Marie Miersky, 24, is wanted on two active bench warrants.

Miersky failed to appear at the Office of Magisterial District Court 21-2-01 on January 11, 2023 for a preliminary hearing. The original charges in this case are Intentionally Possessed Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered - Misdemeanor – 2 counts, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Misdemeanor.

Miersky is declared an absconder from supervision violating the conditions governing parole. The original charges in this case are Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize Another - Misdemeanor 1 – 2 counts, Neglect of Animals – Veterinary Care – Misdemeanor 3 - 2 counts.

She is described as being 5 feet 3 inches in height and weighs approximately 150 lbs. 

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kaitlyn Marie Miersky or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County, is asked to call the District Attorney’s Office at 570-628-1350, or Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3988.

Anyone who may see or come in contact with Kaitlyn Marie Miersky is asked to call the Schuylkill County 9-1-1 Center immediately.
