State Police Investigating Bomb Threat Made to Shenandoah Turkey Hill

The Pennsylvania State Police from Frackville are investigating an incident where a bomb threat was made to the Turkey Hill in Shenandoah.

According to a Troopers, on Monday, July 31st, 2023, around 4:50pm, the mini market, located at 120 South Main Street, received a phone call from blocked number that threatened to "blow something up" in the store.  The caller immediately hung up.

The store was closed, and several State Police units responded to the scene including a Police bomb K9.  A search was conducted of the store and surrounding property, where nothing was found.

State Police say the investigation is ongoing.
