* AT 436 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS OF 60 TO 70 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER TUSCARORA...AND MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... MAHANOY CITY...POTTSVILLE...ST. CLAIR...TAMAQUA...COALDALE... DELANO...GRIER CITY-PARK CREST...HOMETOWN...LOCUST LAKE STATE PARK...MCKEANSBURG...MCADOO...NEW BOSTON-MOREA...NEW PHILADELPHIA...PORT CARBON...SNYDERS...TUSCARORA...BROCKTON...
