According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the incident started at the New Ringgold Fire Company Social Hall around 2:30am on Sunday Morning.
Police say a bar fight in the social hall that resulted in Kevin Greenaway, of Saint Clair, being forcibly ejected. Greenaway told police that he was also severely beaten in the parking lot.
After leaving the scene, Greenaway reportedly returned several times attempted to run over patrons as they left the social hall.
Greenaway then told police that a Andrew Bensinger, of New Philadelphia, forced his vehicle partway off the roadway using another vehicle.
Police say Greenaway then followed Bensinger along Route 895 repeatedly ramming his vehicle into the rear of Bensinger's vehicle.
Police are still investigating the incident and charges will file upon completion of that investigation.
