Shenandoah Man Wanted for Fleeing Traffic Stop


A Shenandoah man is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police after he fled a traffic stop in Frackville.

According to Troopers, on February 21st, 2024, around 8:41, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle in the area of Pershing Avenue and Kehler Street when the passenger in the vehicle, Chris Buck, 38, of Shenandoah fled on foot.

Law enforcement responded to the scene but Buck could not be found.

Another passenger in the vehicle, Emily Lapinsky, 30, of Ashland provided false identification to police and was found to be wanted by Schuylkill County Adult Probation.

Lapinsky was taken into custody and released to probation officers.

Buck was also known to have active warrants from Adult Probation and Parole as well as Mahanoy City Police.
