Students of the Pine Grove Area School District are being dismissed for the second time this week

According to the district's web site, it was due to the "2nd student-generated bomb threat".

All on-campus activities are postponed until Monday.

Tamaqua Police are investigating two burglaries that occurred sometime Saturday night (September 6, 2014) into Sunday morning at two adjacent businesses, Lehigh Tire and All American Jeep, along SR309 in the north section of the borough.
