Tuesday Morning's Car Fire on Route 209

Emergency personnel were called just before 9:00am to the intersect of Route 209 and Catawissa Street Tuesday morning for a vehicle fire.

General Motor Recalling Cars / Chrysler Recalling Jeeps

General Motors is recalling over 1 million vehicles for fire causing oil leaks.

Ashland Convenient Store Robbed Early Monday Morning

The Ashland Turkey Hill located on Centre Street in Ashland was robbed early Monday.

Just after between 3:30 and 4:00am, the suspect entered the store and demanded money from the clerk.  Then ran off with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect was described as wearing a mask with a grey hoodie and black pants.
