Iranian Company Fined for Conspiracy with Schuylkill County Company

HARRISBURG - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Office of Export Enforcement of the United States Department of Commerce announced that FIMCO, an Iranian corporation, was sentenced Wednesday to pay a $100,000 criminal fine by United States District Court Judge Yvette Kane in Harrisburg for conspiracy to evade export licensing requirements.

Body Found Near Marlin Tuesday Morning

The body of a man was found near Marlin Tuesday morning.

Powerball Rises to $400 Million Jackpot

After no one hit the jackpot on Saturday night's Powerball drawing, the jackpot has now risen again.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) reminds customers that a 6 percent toll increase for E-ZPass and cash customers will take effect at 12:01 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2016.
