Schuylkill County Land Bank Receives Demolition Grant to Rehab Blighted Properties

On Friday, the Schuylkill County Land Bank announced that the organization has received a $100,000 grant from the Department of Community and Economic Development’s Keystone Communities Program, according to a join press release from Senator David G. Argall (R-Berks/Schuylkill) and Representative Tim Twardzik (R-Schuylkill).

On Tuesday, the City of Pottsville announced there would be no Saint Patrick's Day Parade this year, but also announced new events in it's place.
