Pottsville Man Swindled Out of $8,000 in Fraudulent Tech Support Scam
The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigated an incident where an elderly man was swindled out of $8,000 in a scam.

 The annual "Brawl in the Backyard" game between Nativity BVM and Minersville was a one-sided game most of the night Friday.
The annual "Brawl in the Backyard" game between Nativity BVM and Minersville was a one-sided game most of the night Friday.
Going into the annual meeting between the two schools, both entered the game riding on the momentum of Week 4 with Nativity shutting out Marian Catholic and Minersville scoring 57 points over Panther Valley.
From the start of the brawl, Minersville never found their rhythm and Nativity took advantage throughout the entire game.
Minersville's only score would come at near the end of the 3rd quarter when Jared Graeff would return an interception for a touchdown.
Nativity's QB Cody Miller would finish the night strong thrown 7 for 12 for 186 yards.
Nativity BVM's Cody Miller and Minersville's Jared Graeff would receive the game's MVP's.
Final score, Nativity over Minersville 42-7.
