Pottsville Man Sentenced To 70 Months’ Imprisonment For Methamphetamine Trafficking



On Thursday, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Javier Guzman, 52, of Pottsville, was sentenced on January 30, 2024, by U.S. District Court Judge Robert D. Mariani, to 70 months’ imprisonment on the charge of possession with intent to distribute crystal methamphetamine.

Shenandoah Man Sentenced in Federal Court on Drug Trafficking and Firearm Charges


The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that a Shenandoah man was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment by U.S. District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion, for possession of a firearm and drug trafficking.

Pottsville Man Indicted by Federal Grand Jury for Trafficking Cocaine and Methamphetamine
